Saturday, April 4, from 9-5 pm at Midnight’s Farm, Lopez Island, WA.
This retreat is focused on Grow & Flow: what waters your seeds, what contains your vitality, how to move the river of your lymphatic and circulatory systems, how does the fluid landscape of Spring earth speak it’s wisdom to our growing selves? Come join us for a deep combination of yoga, land based mediation, & deep art making where we will make durable vessels of focused intention, enjoy more delicious local food and herbal medicines, and all in a well held container of community. Facilitated by Nikyta Palmisani and Dr. Jane Carr.
Sliding scale of $150-225 which includes lunch, all art making materials, yoga, tea and treats. We work on a sliding scale to honor the ecosystem that we co-create that supports diversity and inclusion. Please contribute what you can knowing that your generosity makes it possible for others to benefit and come together in our strengthened circle of community.
