Nikyta is an Ecopsychologist and climate change educator, facilitator and systems thinker who works at the intersections of climate and inner transformational change. She is a climate consultant who works with large corporations, organizations, companies, and communities using the Climate Fresk and other transformational tools for change making. She is a senior instructor at Terra.do where she leads high performing career professionals in pathways for taking action to work on climate. At Terra.do she has created and leads on going workshops providing tools for Emotional Resilience and Mindfulness with a specific climate focus.

OakLotus LLC is named for the connection to oak as a deeply rooted, robust tree native to Nikyta’s homelands combined with the lotus, a symbol of the blossoming of knowledge rising from the silted compost of fertile mud.
